Unity Summer Of Code!
Unity Technologies has launched the awesome Summer Of Code program to attract the many talented individuals in the Unity community with everyone’s favourite incentive – cash! The Summer of code program is a great way to get an idea launched and get paid to implement alongside highly skilled Unity developers. Are you a student or indie developer with an idea for a project you’d like to realise, or are you currently working on any of the following in Unity -
- Custom Unity Editor Extensions
- Unity Social Network Integration
- Effects Libraries
- Core game code or logic
- Template Game Engines built in Unity
For developers currently working as many of us do, providing code for the good of the community, this is a fantastic thank-you from the UT team, and a great way to get professionally involved with the makers of your favourite software! Full details are available here -
