Hometown Racer Vodafone Game

The very awesome Ben Pitt (aka Duckets if you’re a member of the Unity IRC channel – if not, you should be! or @robotduck on twitter) has been working on some awesome procedural based work culminating recently in this amazing web game for vodafone called Hometown GP.

Making use of the Google Maps route planning API, Hometown GP allows you to plan a route around your local roads and turn the twists and turns of that geometry into a formula one race track you can drive around! The track planner is easy to use and you can be up and racing in just a few minutes.

Bravo to Ben and props to Vodafone for commissioning cool stuff!
